It’s not something you are used to and it can just feel weird until you get used to it. People say it takes two weeks or longer to create a habit, which is like a routine or a schedule. Just keep doing it and you will get there.

Dancing is fun and pretty freeing, since you can express yourself any way you want, and there are different kinds of dancing. So just get up and dance, even though you have music on. It’s fun.
